2) Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. Some features may require a higher age. Parents/guardians are responsible for a minor's use.
You are responsible for your account, including keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under it.
We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3) License & ownership
License to you. Subject to these Terms, Wornox grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use our apps and to access our Services for your personal, non‑commercial entertainment.
Ownership. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all content, artwork, code, virtual items, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
4) Virtual items, in‑game currency & progress
Some Services include virtual currency and virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you; they have no real‑world monetary value, are non‑redeemable for cash, and are non‑transferable (except where we expressly enable in‑app transfers).
We may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or third parties for such actions.
Game progress and saves may be stored locally or in the cloud. We do not guarantee that progress will always be available (e.g., due to device changes, app re‑installs, or service outages).
5) Purchases, subscriptions & refunds
App store terms. Purchases (including one‑time items and auto‑renewing subscriptions) are processed by third‑party platforms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and policies. Any billing questions or refund requests should be directed to the relevant store unless we state otherwise.
Trials & renewals. If a subscription offers a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends (store policies may vary).
Availability & pricing. Prices, taxes, and availability may vary by region and may change at any time.
6) Acceptable use & prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, use bots, hacks, mods, scripts, or unauthorized third‑party software.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others; post illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by law.
- Sell, rent, trade, or transfer accounts or Virtual Items outside mechanisms we explicitly provide.
- Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate access for violations.
7) User content & feedback
You may submit content (e.g., usernames, screenshots, chat, mods where allowed) ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Wornox a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Services and our marketing.
Do not submit content you don't have rights to, or that violates law or these Terms.
Feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
8) Third‑party services & ads
The Services may display advertisements and may include links or integrations with third‑party services (e.g., ad networks, analytics, social features). We are not responsible for third‑party content or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9) Online features & availability
Online features may require a stable internet connection and may not be available in all regions or on all devices. Data charges may apply.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any feature (including servers for online modes) at any time, with or without notice.
We may deploy patches or updates automatically; you consent to such updates.
10) Health & safety notice
A small percentage of individuals may experience photosensitive seizures when exposed to certain visual images, including video games. Stop playing immediately if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or involuntary movement. Play in a well‑lit room, take frequent breaks, and follow your device manufacturer's safety guidelines.
11) DMCA/copyright complaints
If you believe content in the Services infringes your copyright, contact us at contact@wornox.com with: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing; (d) a statement of good‑faith belief; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access to alleged infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.
12) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and can delete your account where that feature exists. We may suspend or terminate your access (or any part) at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license ends and you lose access to the Services and any associated Virtual Items or progress (to the extent permitted by law).
13) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14) Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORNOX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions/limitations above; in those cases, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wornox and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Services.
16) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction. If you are a consumer and mandatory local law gives you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.

17) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date, and may provide additional notice where required. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
18) Miscellaneous
Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Entire agreement. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy and any feature‑specific terms) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
Language. These Terms are in English and control, even if we provide translations.
