Android: game crashes or won't launch
  1. Update the app via Google Play and restart your device.
  2. Clear cache: Settings ▸ Apps ▸ [Game] ▸ Storage ▸ Clear cache (don't Clear Data unless needed).
  3. Free space: keep at least 1–2 GB free. Low storage can cause crashes.
  4. Reinstall and reopen. If it persists, email us with your device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce.
iOS: app stuck or freezes
  1. Force close the app and restart your iPhone/iPad.
  2. Check the App Store for updates.
  3. Ensure you have sufficient free storage and good network connection.
  4. If it continues, email us with screenshots and your iOS version.
I paid but didn't receive my item

Most purchases arrive within a few minutes. If not:

  • Send us your store receipt (Google/Apple) and your in‑game Player ID if shown.
  • We'll verify the transaction and restore the missing content where applicable.
How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by your app store:

If the store asks for developer confirmation, email us with your receipt and we'll review.

How can I delete my data or account?

Email contact@wornox.com with subject Data Deletion Request, including the app name, platform, country/region, and any user/Player ID shown in‑game. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I turn off personalized ads?

Yes, depending on platform/region. Use the game's Privacy/Settings screen where available. On iOS you can manage tracking under Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking. On Android/iOS, you can reset/limit your advertising ID in system settings.
