If you are located in the EEA/UK, Wornox is the data controller of your personal data processed via the App.
2) What this Policy covers
This Policy applies only to the iOS version of My Favorite Car published by Wornox on the Apple App Store, including in-app events, ads shown in the App, and support channels linked from the App. It does not cover third-party websites or services we do not control.
3) Information we collect
A) You provide to us
- Support & feedback: email address, messages, attachments you send to our support.
- In-app interactions (optional): settings you change (e.g., sound, graphics), crash descriptions you submit.
We do not collect your payment card numbers; in-app purchases are processed by Apple.
B) Collected automatically
- Device & app data: device model, OS version, language, country/region, IP address, time zone, app version, install/update timestamps.
- Usage/telemetry: gameplay events, session length, feature usage, performance metrics, error/crash logs.
- Identifiers: Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) (only if you grant tracking permission), Vendor Identifier (IDFV), and other device identifiers.
- Approximate location: derived from IP or device settings to comply with local requirements, analytics, and ad relevance. We do not collect precise GPS location.
C) From third parties
- Apple (App Store): purchase confirmations (receipt data) and basic install information.
- Analytics & attribution partners: aggregated install source and campaign performance.
- Ad networks & mediation partners: ad impressions, clicks, and fraud signals.
D) Children & sensitive categories
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country) and do not collect special/sensitive categories of personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact contact@wornox.com.
4) How and why we use data (purposes & legal bases)
We process data to:
- Operate the App (core gameplay, saving progress, stability).

Legal bases: Legitimate interests. - Advertising & attribution (show ads, cap frequency, fight fraud, measure installs and ad performance).
Legal bases: Consent where required (e.g., IDFA/EEA personalized ads); Legitimate interests for non-personalized ads and fraud prevention. - Purchases & compliance (process in-app purchases, prevent abuse, keep records).

5) SDKs, analytics, ads & tracking (iOS)
The App integrates third-party SDKs to provide analytics, attribution, crash reporting, and ads—such as Appodeal (mediation), Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Amazon Ads, Yandex Ads, Adjust/AppsFlyer (attribution), and Firebase.
These partners may process advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA), device data, approximate location, app usage, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and detect fraud.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT):
- On iOS, we will ask your permission to track your activity across apps and websites of other companies (to access IDFA).
- If you deny tracking, we will show non-personalized ads and still perform essential measurement/fraud prevention using non-tracking signals.
6) Do we "sell" data?
We do not sell your personal information for money. In some jurisdictions (e.g., California), using identifiers for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out—see §10 Your Choices.
7) How we share information
We share data only as needed with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support, crash reporting, anti-cheat/fraud).
- Ad & attribution partners (to serve/measure ads and installs, subject to your choices).
- Apple (for purchases, abuse prevention).
- Legal authorities (when required by law or to protect rights/safety).
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale; the App's data may transfer subject to this Policy).
We impose contractual safeguards on processors and require compliance with applicable laws.
8) International transfers
We are based in the UAE and use global providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for transfers to countries without an "adequacy" decision.
9) Retention
- Usage/analytics: typically up to 24 months after last activity.
- Purchase/records: per legal requirements (often 3–7 years).
- Support tickets: typically up to 24 months after resolution.
Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer.
10) Your rights & choices
Controls on iOS
- Tracking permission (IDFA): Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking — allow/deny per-app.
- Reset/limit IDFA: Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking (or Advertising on older iOS).
- Push notifications: Settings ▸ Notifications or in-App settings.
- Personalized ads: Use in-App privacy controls (where provided) or deny tracking to receive non-personalized ads.
- Marketing emails: Unsubscribe via link or email us.
GDPR/EEA & UK
You may access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or request portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
You may know/access, delete, correct, and opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information, and you have the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
How to exercise rights: email contact@wornox.com with the App name (My Favorite Car) and your device/platform. We may request information to verify your identity.
11) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit where applicable, access controls, least-privilege practices). No system is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, contact contact@wornox.com.
12) Children's privacy
The App targets a general audience and is not intended for children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
13) Third-party links
The App may show ads or links to third-party sites/services that we do not control. Their practices are governed by their own policies.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and provide additional notice in the App where required. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Policy.
